Skyline Drive is a private drive and used to access the property and there is an easement. It is about 1 mile to the property. Buyer of this property will need to install well, septic, run electrical and grade and lay gravel on Skyline Drive. Skyline is a private road and buyer will need to maintain the drive. Bobcat Trail is accessible by walking only but there is no easement for a driveway from Bobcat Trail. There is a gorgeous build site in the middle/highest point of the property. At one time this was to be the site of a future hotel. Park at Skyline Drive. The approximately 1 mile walk to the property is marked with small white flags placed along the way. When you get to the start of the property you will see several small white flags grouped together. If you stay to the left you are walking the lower edge of the property. follow the flags and on the other end of the property you will take a sharp right and this will take you to the upper side of the property. There are about a group flags placed on this end as well. As you walk along the back side of the property, there is a realtor sign & small flags pointing to the most likely build site. Walk to the top and this is the build site. In the winter, the views are very clear. Buyer will need to clear some trees as the summer view is blocked by dense trees.
