Pennie was born in Greenfield, Indiana. Her family moved to Florida in 1958. She got her real estate license in 1979. Her father opened a Home construction business and real estate office in Largo Florida. Pennie worked for her father’s company for 13 years. Pennie moved to Dunnellon, Florida in 1994 and sold real estate there in the Crystal River and Inverness area. There she specialized in waterfront properties. Pennie moved to Crossville in 2004 so she could be close to her grandchildren. Pennie loves the waterfront and enjoys fishing, gardening and walking in the beautiful Lake Tansi area. I’m Tommy Bean, son of the late municipal court judge,
Tom and the late Perry Bean. Being a life long resident
of Cumberland County, it was easy to get into the Resort
Community Business. I started in maintenance, then
life guard, then onto construction. I began my real
estate career in Good Ole Lake Tansi in 1981 working
for National America Corp or NACO. Later, opening my
own Real Estate Brokerage, Bean Associates, Inc. until
selling the business in January 2024. I chose Star Realty because they are
knowledgeable, curtious, have integrity and are located in the community
where I live.

I am originally from Southern California where I first became interested
in Real Estate. Moving to Crossville in 2010, Tennessee captured my heart
and Crossville is the home I have always desired. My wife, Lori, and I have
known each other for most of our lives. After we married in 2012, we joined
together as a team in Real Estate to offer a unique blend of knowledge and
expertise for our clients. I enjoy all aspects of being a Realtor and enjoy
