The roof is approximately 7-8 yrs old, but there was a leak around the chimney. Approximately 4-5 years ago, HEP repaired that leak in the roof and in the bathroom with the brick wall. That brick wall is part of a chimney that isn't used and has no flue.
The repair was done in the ceiling and in the roof. The shingles dont match because the repair was done later and they couldnt match them.
The heat is electric to somewhere around 35 degrees at which time it switches automatically to propane.
The dryer, water heater and stove are propane gas.
The appliances stay with full price offer.
Sellers have priced the property knowing it needs some updates, but please do not low ball - they do NOT want to be in a multiple offer scenario, and because of this, will consider each offer as it comes in, decide on that offer based upon its own merit, not against another.
